Hi guys,

I finally got my puppy back from the trainer. She even got an A on her report card. I have had her on 3 birds so far and she is going to be a good one.

I will keep yall posted when hunting season gets here.

I will try to post a picture, she is the white one.

Wing;

Geez guy, she's lookin at you like she's trying to decide whether to eat you or piss on you.  You better trade her for a mild-mannered Pekinese.

CB,

I hope you dont remember but we had this discussion about a year ago when I told you about the dog from hell. That mild mannered pekinese sounded pretty good.

If you dont remember that conversation disreguard this post.

Wing,

   How old is that pup of yours, I've got a 6 yr old vizla that's hell on pheasant.  She's out of Nevada, Iowa (daryls gun shop).  Do you hunt pheasant or quail (probably both).  Don't know if you work sharptail or not.  I lived in Lafayette, CO for a year.  WAY to close to the tree huggin Bouldairans (OH!, they loved me).  I was immediately described as a middleaged republican white guy.  Man the looks I got when walkin to the truck with my gun's.

Wing;

I may not remember it verbatim, but I do remember it.  How do you want to arrange the swap?  I'll even throw in a year's supply of dog food (10 lb sack) and a leash.  Besides, the lawn mower hits one of his leftovers, you'll never know it.  Life is goooood with a Peke, see ya soon.

CB,

I just love puking little dogs. My wife has a weenie dog.

Now that sounds like a good trade.

Spot,

She is a little over a year old. Their is nothing like a good bird dog.

NH,

Good looking dog. Is it a Beagle?

Wing;

Uh-uh, you know better.  The pup from hell for the Peke was the swap.  Nice of you to train her for me.  I'll throw in 500 .45ACP brass just for that, lets see, what else?  Ah!  Three 5-gal plastic gas cans I can't find the lids for, a new Coleman single mantle lantern, a box of assorted ball bearings - no races just steel balls, a bowling trophy, and a used only once elect somebody or other lawn sign.  How can you possibly pass it up?

Wing;

I have several containers of 'gack juice' that are somewhat more than half full.  If you don't honor the swap before hunting season begins, I'll make it two bottles of the crap.

Hey Mike,

The Choclate one is also a German Shorthaired pointer.

She is 7 years old. One heck of a bird dog. I got her

from Upland Kennels in Savage Montana. Check out the

link below. He is also the one that trained Heidi

(the white one). She shows great promise too.

this hunting season and see how she does. We can do

pheasants at my place or whatever you have at your

place. it dosent matter where we go lets just go.

Wing;

The Pheasants are kinda few & far between here because of the drought.  However, all indications are that the other upland bird here ought to be pretty good.  Huns, Fool Hens, etc.  We might have to try & do it both ways.  Whattaya think?  What's Wyo's damage on an outta state bird lisence now?
