My wife doesn't like cabbage nor inions. So this is my go-to-dish when she is away. That looks really good. Like D, I do a lot of the cooking during the summer. I cook outside 90% of the time. ------------- I have always considered myself to be quite the bullshitter, But ocasionally it is nice to sit back and listen to a true professional......So, Carry on. |

When I married her 49.6 years ago, she didn't know how to make even Chile. I liked cooking and gave her my 10 best recipes; and then shut up and let her have the role of chief. She still has that role and my recipes; I still just shut up and eat what ever comes on the table.
