Once again the Hearing Protection Act I'd up as a bill. it would eliminate the tax $$ but still keep the gov'y regulations (application). they might amend it to drop all regs. notice some states will still have their laws.

good time to write legislators.

If this legislation passes, do you think I will get a refund for two stamps. Ha, ha.

I know of several people including IBD that would purchase an additional suppressor if there was no tax stamp fee.

I think I saw some of the suppresser co are picking up the price of the stamp.

No refunds. BUT, I'd expect for demand to go up and prices to come down.

I'm on Silencer Central's email list. I got an email from them a few weeks ago that they were paying the tax. I'm sure it's for a limited time but that's pretty good.
