I think this bird has it. It is in town, I stopped to try to get it out of the street. It would not even stand up let a lone run away. It did not look hit by a car.
I reported it to the FWP thinking they would want to remove it. They sounded very reluctant to get involved. Till I said that the dogs will probably just tear it up soon and leave parts all over the hood.
I don't know if they came.

Sometimes, I see this on birds that were hiding in roadside ditches when the spray for weeds or bugs.


not surprising that FWP didn't care..they only have concern for what they are promoting on their political agendas.
