Just a typical lunch at D's house. The Wife is home sick today, not covid. The little GD is home sick from school, again not covid. I'm just home, some one has to hold the fort down. I'm re doing some apple jelly I made a month ago and it did not set. I'm planning on some oven fried chicken for dinner with Home made sage bread stuffing. The family likes some kind of wanky bread when I'm home and not hunting or working on a boat. I made some cream cheese Mediterranean flat bread for the dinner bread. When anyone is home I have to make a ddb batch so there is some left for dinner.  With the pieces of hot flat bread we had butter and on there's they put cinnamon and sugar, I just had butter. I had some homemade tortilla casserole with homemade corn chips and antelope burger in the freezer. I heated it up and we had it with Sour cream crated cheddar and taco sauce. They used the flat bread to push it on to a fork as they eat it, I used mine under the casserole like well flat bread. OUT STINKING STANDING!!!! My little GD had to use like 15 units of insulin to balance it all out. Now if we can only eat the dinner I'll make...  ------------- Remember: Four boxes keep us free ,the soap box, the ballot box, the jury box, AND the cartridge box |

That does sound good. Home made bread is my weakness. Wing master ------------- I have always considered myself to be quite the bullshitter, But ocasionally it is nice to sit back and listen to a true professional......So, Carry on. |
