| Way lower. The hair is brittle, and sheds badly. Low quality hide. I've used some for shooting bags over the years, and they tend to go bald faster than the girls in your graduating class. I did use one for the head on a fretless banjo, sans hair, a couple years ago, and it worked ok, although the sound wasn't as good as antelope hide on them. |
