Dead
My wife's Buick headlights got so bad I could not drive it at night.
On brights I could if the traffic was not to bad.
The oncoming light are so bright now a days.
I got a kit and fallowed the instructions to a Tee.
Cleaning, conditioning, 3 grades of wet sanding, buffing cream.
Then a rinse and more conditioning another rinse buff dry with a soft white cloth. Then applying a healthy coat of UV crystal clear sealer.
It all still has to cure. I also put in the highest halogen lights I could get. Let you know how it works tonight.Clap

Yes they are.
This is an '06 and would need adapters at $100 a pop.
The brighter Halogen are $25 each

Never had a polish kit (Turtle wax and others) work.   I spent hours on wifes 1998 and more hours on 2001.  Finally, I bought a set of new head high assembly for my 2001.  cost for right and left  $60 both. inclubing bulbs, installed in 30 minutes.  GREAT
