Nope! As you can see the truck is fine.
 
 The Crane on the other hand did not fair as well....

I'll butterfly cut half the breast at a time Grill it on a fire.
Drizzle some sugary BBQ sauce on it with a pound of precooked bacon stripe. Heat till it glazes, on the BBQ. No plan on what to go with it maybe some baked beans, home made crunchy bread.

good video of the "master" shotgunner at workClap.....we have thousands of sandhill cranes in WI but cannot hunt them because we are in the land of liberalism and anti everything kooks. Barely got a dove season approved here few yrs back. They co mingle with geese a lot in some areas, you can tell if it's a flock of cranes vs geese from long way off cuz the cranes stop their wing flapping every once in a few beats...geese don't.
