   Okay, this is retarded. The "si se puede, yes we can, obamanomics,
we-all-feel-good-about-greater-government" BS is hitting home in a big
way and this man isn't happy. 

No, I havent lost my job, and thankfully, no, I haven't had to take a pay cut...but really.

I took the kids to the pistol range this morning to fire up my Browning
9 mil. Saved my hydra-shoks for home defense; thought I'd buy a hundred
rounds or so at the range. Big surprise!

They had ONLY 5 boxes (50 rds apiece) Remington 124 gr. That's it. The insult was $26.99 APIECE!!!!!

As we used to say in the Airborne... well, I better not say here. It's a family place and all. 

But still! Jiminy Cricket! The worst of it was a 50 RD box limit! GADS! 

The guy at the counter was almost embarrassed to tell me all this, but
no worries. I had promised the kids to shoot, and shoot we did. 50
rounds. 

WOW. 

Save your ammo fellas. It's going to get a lot worse before it gets better.

	Yep, they have been rationing ammo at the range for some time now, that is, at least when they have some in stock. Interestingly enough they are holding a fair bit back for CHL classes. 	I have not been able to find any ammo, but I reload. I checked my stocks and thankfully I had 3000 small pistol primers and 2000 large pistol primers. I had over 500 rounds of 45, 1000 rds of Wolf 9 mm, 700 rounds of 38 SPL and 16,000 (yes 16 K) rounds of 7.72 x 25 (and 2 CZ 52's to shoot them in). I have loaded about 1000 9 mm in the past few weeks. I guess I need to start shooting some up. If you don't reload, you should start. < =text/>_popupControl();
