'Course, I voted not enough. My wife would beg to differ. Not braggin' but I could probably sell off 10 or 12, not really miss them and still have plenty left in the battery.
Okay, it's a sickness for which there is no cure! [Except more rifles....he,he,he.]

Regards, Marcus.

Yep, I have to admit I have a problem. A man's gotta have a vice, right?
I buy too many rifles. I am obsessed with firearms, especially old-fashioned ones like Krags and 1903s.
On the other hand, I don't drink, smoke, cuss, cheat on the missus, or gamble. Uh, well, I don't smoke, cheat, or gamble. Yeah, that's it, I don't cheat or gamble...
So, what's the problem with a few (dozen) firearms in the big picture?
I need a 12 step program. Like maybe I can only have 12 more guns and then I have to stop. Let's see, the first one will be a double rifle in some old nitro cartridge, then the next a S&W Schofield revolver, the next a Winchester 9410, the next a Winchester Model 94 in .375, the next a Winchester 70 in .300 H&H, and on and on. Man, I need help! Twelve more isn't enough.

I think I'm at about a dozen now. I'm at the point where quality is a lot more important that quanity. I'd rather have three top quality rifles than a few dozen factory jobs. One of these days I may have a sell off and get a truely fine rifle.

Never enough! Maybe if there were just a dozen types of military rifles produced and used in the last 100 years, I would have a dozen rifles. I've got that many Mosin-Nagants, and almost that many Lee Enfields and Mausers. Add in the muzzleloaders and the lever guns...
Hell, I just plain like firearms!

i'd have to count... 3 rimfires, 3 shotguns, 1 ak, 1 m1... so that would leave... hell, i don't know. i guess about 1 less than i need - will always need 1 more.
rob1's answer is as good of an answer as i've seen. i also seem to be gravitating more towards quality pieces as i get older. one day i'll be able to afford a fine turkish walnut stick for a true custom gun...

Up North we have to register all our firearms. And any more than 10 usually gets you a visit from the police or firearms officers. So I actually own 1 , but my darling deceased grandmother owns 9-10 which I borrow once in a while bcboy

Wassamatter BC boy? Worried about those minions of the law? LOL, just pullin' your chain, fellow BC'er!! I registered all mine [a good many more than 10], and have not received any visits as yet. No fear when they do visit either. Remember, it would have to be a Federal officer, And even the RCMP have said they are not interested in tracking down even the non-compliants. They say that if, in the course of some other criminal investigation, illegal firearms are discovered, they will act, otherwise, no. But your plan sounds fair enough too. Regards, Eagleye

Two unless you count the lever action 22 my dad gave me.
One is the main 300wsm, the other is a toy 223 NEF.
Use to have close to 30, Now I'm concluded to keep it under 4.
