Since I don't pay much, if any, attention to the mass media I presume Hillary made that remark.  But I don't get the specific connection to the poster.  Yeah, I know that's Monica, but that's as far as it goes.

So, what's goin' on that prompted the poster?

Hillary made that remark to a congressional hearing panel regarding the murders at Benghazi. The panel was trying to ascertain why rescuers were not sent to help, who ordered the rescuers to stand down, and if the murderers were Al Quada. Her response was, At This Point What Difference Does It Make, then she said we have to learn from our mistakes and move fore ward (paraphrasing)She just tried to fluff it off, But when the monica incident hit she had a sh*t fit The poster was saying if Benghazi didn't matter, why did something like Monica matter.
