It's a damn good thing he's not in Montana.  He fails to meed the mandated criteria or 400 square inches of orange.  Hmmmm, really evil thought.

Montana FWP enforcement officer says: "You don't have enough orange on!"

"Stand up."

"Nah, it's up to you to check, dive"

The hunter's buddy takes the picture of the warden's head under water in the hot tub & his butt in the air.  Priceless!!  And end of harassment too.
