A couple of months ago, I saw one of these at the local shop. It was a commemorative and really expensive. So I got my name on the list to be called when they got one in. Cept not a commemorative and not so expensive.

Thursday they called.

It is something like 3/4 the size of a regular 1911. I havn't shot it yet, but I am thinking it will be a hoot.

Wing;

If that thing's available with target sights, I'm all over it!  What's the asking price for what you've got pictured?

900f,

Thats the down side. It was $519.00 as pictured.

I think if it was equiped like the one above it, cept for the accessory rail, I would be even more happy with it. I don't like the rail on my full size 1911.

As far as I know, this and a short barreled version is the only ones they offer so far.

I am hopeing someone makes a few accessories for them some day. It will probably depend on the popularity.

Always liked the idea of a .22 1911 just haven't had good luck with
them. I've owned a Colt Ace, a Colt conversion kit, and a Kimber
conversion. The Kimber worked well but only with the most expensive
ammo. I could load and shoot .45's cheaper.

I like that 3/4 scale. I'd be interested in a 9mm or .45 GAP.

DD
Endeavor to persevere.

Colt has licensed a .22LR 1911 made in Germany by Walther I believe...and another German outfit GSA maybe makes some 1911 .22LR's for SIG.

Nice popper, I'd like to see one to see if I could cut a
set of Bo-mar sights into it. I have a conversion kit on a
P-226 SIG, and an Ace kit on a Colt. Both work fine for me,
not to mention 8 Hi Standard .22's, but that wasn't the
topic. I think I just may have to buy one of those
pictured. A man can't have enough .22's, no matter how much
he doesn't shoot them.....................Kingpin

NL, very nice, now put holsters on those dogs and let them
model your guns. How are they doing? You haven't graced our
pages with them for a while...................Kingpin
