under the NFA these are listed as AOW, like pen guns, and cane guns.  need the $200 tax tamp before purchase.

Most are homemade, and have been around for years.  Very popular in urban biker gangs (sorry scooter).  With felony convictions, many bikers want a piece that is disguised.

ps  my comment was just a heads up on federal problems.

Many states have laws forbiding hidden weapons such as knives, guns etc.  check you state first!  Im sure this would not be legal in NY.

Also some states will consider this thing"concealed" all the time so a CCW license would be needed also First.
