   an Elderly man went in to have a yearly check up and the doc asked how he was doing the man said everything is just fine except my bowel movements, the doc raised his eye brows and asked what he ment, 
So the guy says   Every morning at 6:30 I have a bowel movement and the doc says well thats great to be regular like that, whats the problem?..... and the guy says 
well I don't get up till 7
