Same around here. Good mules are holding thie prices, and most of the back yard horese people think ole Dobbin is still worth $3000 by the read of the ads in the local paper.

Some of the local farmers/ranchers are saying they are finding extra stock in thier pastures that folks have turned out

The ban on selling horses to slaughter, the drought, the absolute rediculous price of hay,and other economic hardships, has led to the price of horses being a bit more in line with what they should be.

Lots of horses getting dumped on public land, and in remote locations.

Blm's wild horse training constest horses well broke and sound brought around 175$ at the state fair in Douglas last week.

The most expensive bullet there is isn't worth a plug nickel if it don't go where its supposed to.
