G'Day all,

In the article I think the point the guy was trying to make was that the .30-06 and the .303 are both used on similar sized game (deer, elk etc...) and are used at similar ranges, both seem to kill as well as each other. The .30-06 definatly has an edge as can be seen on any ballistic table but he was talking about his experience on game between the 2. I didn't mean for it to sound like I was putting down the .30-06 or the 7mm Mag.

BTW the article appeared in a Peterson's Hunting (the Canadian version) but I can't find which one it is.
