OK guys! In my effort to get healthy AND lower Mr. Chikee's cholesterol, I broke down and bought a vita-mix. I love it!!!! I have been making fruit and veggie smoothies all day! I can also make ice cream or steaming hot soup in about two minutes each! |

Friend of mine bought one of those. Loved it was making all kinds of stuff. Zucchini, salads, veg smoothies, Gazpacho, etc He gained 10 pounds in a month and his wife 5#. She forcefully took it off him and gave it to the church for garage sale. Just cause it is made with natural stuff doesn't mean no calories.
