Now that i have a new truck i have to do some alterations to our camper. First i need to purchase belly bars and then i have to add an addition to the base of the camper as its an import camper going on a 2002 Ford F150 which means i'm about 5 0r 6 inches short of clearing the cab of the truck. Anyone got some belly bars laying around they want to sell me or am i going to have to purchase new ones?

I guess I don't know what belly bars are.Aer they steel tubing that go across the frame under the bed?

Next, is it a little slide in pop up/crank up type of camper? Just wondering because  a full cab over 8 ft slide in camper is going to over GVW the 1/2 T truck which I believe  a F150 is. Don't mean to pry, probably is none of my business.

Belly bars are also known as camper tie downs to secure the camper to the bed of the truck.
