I had an interesting day yesterday !

I had 10 deliveries on the oregon coast. The town of astoria. right on the Mouth of the Columbia.

I eneded up working about 13 hours, so I made over 300.00

and I went around a bend in the road came upon a cow elk, and did a dandy job of not hitting it in my big bad Kenworth, then came reasonably close to rear ending a guy cause I was watching 3 bald eagles dive on some fish in the columbia abouit 100 yards off a bridge I was crossing, and then on the way home right off I-5 near the town of woodland washington, 2 cyotes standing in the midle of an open field .

Now, I just gotta go camping today, taking little robbie and my 308. Hooking up the tent trailer and just heading west  south along the coast till I find a place to put her.

Plus my smith called and my Roberts improved is ready to be picked up. I can grab that on the way.

(FN supream action 25 inch douglass light sporter barrel)

After that day a city boy is Getting excited about hunting season.

You Montana guys might not think thats much of a outing , but I live in a town of about a half million in portland...tj3006

I believe that Astoria is where they filmed "Kindergarten Cop", when they wanted a sleep beautiful town.  Arnold was in it, he'll "be right back".

Is that little butcher shop still open in Woodland, just off I-5? They had the
best beef jerky around.
