No I've been married for 35 years. My darling wife Won a guided fishing trip to any water in Montana for two. She just told me I would be the second half of the "TWO" She has not gotten all the info yet but it sounds like a lot of fun, she get a gift card to "Bob Wards" and a gas card from Town pump for gas to get to the guide HQ.We talked about where , we narrowed it down to Fort Peck, Flathead, or Koocanusa . We don't fly fish so that blocks a lot of waters. I'm not big on trout fishing so there again in MT your down to just a few spots. In Flathead we could do some white fish or Salmon or something, In FP the big kings are active and of course WALLEYE!!! Koocanusa is trout ( bull) but it is some place We will never get to so it's in the running too.Tung river, dead man, yellowtail ??? If you could be guided any were in MT where would go??  Oh yeah, it has to be used in September.

this is a windfall.  So I'd suggest: "some place We will never get to".

I loved the flathead.

Have you thought of going someplace where you could fish with the guide for the day or two you won, AND then stay and do/see shomething else?   Glacier?  Yellowstone? etc.

We just found out we DON"T have to use it this fall, we can push it in the spring. That gives us time to look around a lot more. Flathead lake

http://www.flatheadlake.name/

remains on the short list as does Koocanusa Reservoir.

We have been to Flathead many times and love it ,but have never fished there in a boat and probable never will,it's like ocean boating. Koocanusa I have never seen... 55 years here and I'm still finding places for the first time ,what a great state. Like I've said I like to fish for walleye and bass but the wife likes warm lodge beds and some shopping on the side and the west side of Montana is SO much more civilized than places like Jordan and Wolfpoint ( fort peck lake)and at Hell creek in the eastern part.We would have to camp in the back of the 4X4 out there.I think she will keep looking  and set something up for something like in May!When We lock in on something I'll post it till then any thought will be gratefully considered.
