Quote Take whole shoulder, put light coating of yellow mustard on shoulder & refrigerate overnight.

Put on BBQ pit high just to brown little bit

Put in brown n bag, add 1 cup water, one cup beef or chicken broth, envelope of onion soup mix, 1/2 cup red wine.

bake for 4 or 5 hours at 250 degrees.

Remove from oven and take meat off bone, put in large pot and add another 1/2 cup red wine and cook for about 20 minutes.
