With two crane tags burning in my pocket, my Crane plan went south.
Actually to Idaho.  The boy got called to a fire in Idaho last night, normally a 14/21 day call out. My D-I-L has some kind of bug and is sick.  There my partner crane killers. BUT I gota go give it a try, the later in the year the more crane come in, so there is no real hurry. I'll go and try the decoys and find some spots to set up, it is a new area we have Never hunted. BUT you bet I'll blast the first two cranes I get a chance to.

SCHOOL! Hunted the entire unit never seen a crane. Should only get better as they filter in, I hope.
