Little muddy Fishing access on the Missou

This is new-ish. I had heard the FWP was putting in a new access by Riverdale. I was out driving the Frontage road between Ulm and Cascade when I came across it. The water is to high to use it right now but has any one ever fished it? It looks to me that the local land owners had a LOT to say about it, it's going to be a long walk from the car to the water and like most the new spots it's only a day use. It says day use only and no over night camping, but has no times listed. SO if I wanted to ling fish  but not camp am I bared from the accesses? YOU FISH FOR LING IN THE DARK ???If I'm responsible enough to fish trout in the day I'm probably responsible enough to fish for Burbot in the dark !!! Just my two cents.. Any way it looks like kind of a special interest fishing spot like the Doons and no one will use it ...
