My Nephew just left for afghanistan, he's got 7mos in country, vehicle commander on an LAV25, I'm praying he comes home safe!

7mths.......sounds like he is a Marine.......He has our prayers.....our son has just returned to the "sand box" for his 3rd tour so we know what it's like.....

This is what my nephew will be driving around afghanistan in, he's the vehicle commander, just hope he's careful and praying he stays safe!

My Nephew called my sister 3wks ago, told her "mom I killed a whole lotta people today! but they shot at us first!"

My nephew is currently on a plane headed for his home base in North Carolina, his tour in afghanistan is over!
