 As funny as his articles and radio skits are you got to see him in person to get the full effect.
The most expensive bullet there is isn't worth a plug nickel if it don't go where its supposed to.

Yep, I like him. I take in Cowboy Poetry meetings when ever I can and hear some good stuff. Have did musical performances at several. My favorite is the Cowboy Poet's Gathering in Elko Nevada, about mid-January. Good mid-winter break, and a hell of a good party. I've got to play with Micheal Martin Murphy, and Ian Tyson down there in years past, in the old Cattlemans Hotel at late night get togethers..

I have all his tapes,and got to see him last year inColorado Springs, and a few programs on RFDTV, Dish network.

You have got to experience some of the things he talks about to get the real feeling and exactly how funnyand true  they are.The one he has about preg testing cows really gets me. Also the Bucksin Mare is my favorite
