Hello All!

Husband and I spent a week camping and fishing at Good ol' Holter Lake in Montana.  We got trout like you wouldn't believe and people were pulling Walleye's out of the water faster than a speeding bullet.  I outfished hime this year!    But it was my turn, I got skunked the last two years.

Anyone else been fishing lately?

smoke those trout, if you have a smoker!

i smoked quite a bit last week or so, one batch with apple, one with maple. going to try alder and cherry with the next two batches.

i'll have a fishing report for spring creek in here soon, as well as a blow-by-blow of my first trout-smoking session.
