Parboil 2 rabbits until tender, bone them out(bite size pieces)
In a 9x12" cake pan, cover the bottom with Brocoli or a vegetable of choice then a layer of rabbit and so forth. Pour 1 can each cream of celery/ cream of mushroom soup over the top. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 325 degrees then sprinkle your favorite grated cheese over the top and back in the oven just long enough to melt the cheese. Serve over rice or noodles.
