Taco Salad Deluxe

• 1lb. ground venison
• 1/4 tsp. oregano
• 1 5oz. can kidney beans, drained
• 3 med. tomatoes, chopped
• 1 med. head lettuce, shredded
• 1 med. onion, chopped fine
• 1 med. bag small corn chips, crushed
• 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
• 1 8oz. bottle French or Thousand Island dressing
• 1 8oz bottle mild(or hot) taco sauce

Brown ground round steak and season with oregano, to taste. Add kidney beans to meat. Set aside. Combine corn chips and cheese. Set aside. Combine tomatoes, onion, and lettuce and set aside. Combine taco sauce and dressing and set aside. In a large bowle, arrange above ingrediants in this order: meat and bean mixture; lettuce,tomato, and onion mixture; and combined dressing and taco sauce. Just before serving, add shredded cheese and corn chips.
