   ...with my Brittainy?  She buries food.  Every day.  She'll get a mouthfull- I mean, all she can cram in there- and go bury it.  Then she'll come back for another mouthful and bury it.  She's in perfect condition: not fat, but in no conceivable way could she be called thin or undernourished.  I feed her a normal amount of food (judging from what past dogs have eaten), so I guess she digs it all up and eats it. But I can't remember a time when she just starts eating.  If I give her leftover steak, or burgers or something, she snarfs them right down like a good ol' birddog.

Anybody else's dog do this?

A note:  When I went to pick her up as a 7-week-old pup, the lady of the house had just bathed her and given her a little chew-toy plastic bone.  When the lady set her down in the yard, she ran and buried the bone.  This is nothing new.  It's just odd.
