   Hello, gentlemen (and ladies, too, if there be any about). I got onto you over at the Handloaders' Bench, came over to take a look-see, and thought it looked like a nice bunch of folks.

To introduce myself a little— I'm an "older settler" creeping up on his big Seven-Oh next month but as active as ever. Been a reloader for well over 50 years and a shooter and hunter longer than that. (Have no idea where all those years went!) My front porch is a covered firing point and my range(s) are spread out around the place and in easy reach.

I live on a working ranch on the High Plains, surrounded by deer, antelope, and buffalo, plus more other critters (some of 'em cows) than you can shake a stick at. It's a good place to live if you don't mind the isolation, the lack of neighbors, and the long, long drive to town on what the county mockingly calls a road. I happen to love it.

Looking forward to getting to know folks here and maybe learning a few things.
