Opening day of upland bird season.
Not a lot of birds around and VERY dry. Looks like plenty of grass hoppers for them to eat. We did not see ANY doves. Lots of walking. No other hunters where we went. Ended the day with two Sharptail and 2 Huns, AKA Hungarian partridge, missiles with feathers. My buddy and my self got one of each. Fun.   Edited by d4570 - 03 September 2022 at 07:27 |

We went out again today different area. 95* 30 mph wind... Got 3 more sharpies and 4 doves.
You have not lived till you shoot at doves in a 30 mph wind. |
