looking for some good recipes for game marinade.
Scratch recipes are fine, but any open the jar or packet marinades that you like are also welcome.

I almost never marinade anything.
Paddlefish and cottontail I soak over night in milk. but that's it. I do use Sweet baby ray original cut with half Chokecherry jelly. Salt always salt.

I usually defrost and sok in NON_IODIZED salt over night, draws out the blood.
But throw off the salt solution and then like to marinate the steaks/roast.
