Howdy Gents:

I was in Cabela's in Kansas City the other day buying a Winchester Model 70 in .375 H&H.  They have a NIB Remington 700 Classic in .35 Whelen for sale.  Thought I'd mention it in case one of y'all would want it.  Of course, I want it but spent all my allowance for the year.

The problem with the rat race is, even if you win, you are still a rat.

Update:  There ain't a .35 Whelen nomore at Cabela's.

Hey Sluggo hows that aught six red headed stepchild treatin ya? have you shot it yet? I dont know too much about Remingtons because they just dont have the spark that gets me interested in guns.

Haven't shot it yet.  Can't wait to try it since it is the most "pointable" rifle I have ever picked up.  I suppose it is since the stock just fits me and the 22" barrel is handy.
