Went pheasant hunting and almost bag'd out then I went to the pheasants forever banquet in Goodland. I won the first drawing and took home this.

I looked it up and they're going for about $130 bucks... Might use it.. but it doesn't have a sheath.. might sell it and buy one with a sheath! Awful fancy letter opener. Spot |

Spot sell it or put it on a wall. Pretty, but worthless as a hunting knife. Remember your vows to get practical after hunting with SS. Sell the knife and get those break-away stirrups, or a good pair of pointed tow riding boots. Those mules give you the first mistake and laugh. next time it may be a slow long drag thru cactus. Bear, Don't rightly know what I'm gonna do with that knife, I've got plenty of others, and I don't really need the cash. I did conclude hell or high water I'd buy me a pair of break-a-way stirrups... I'm just waiting for them to start making the larger bell sizes before I order 'em. Spot |

Bear, I tried some pred. pacs from Cabelas but they were too big to fit in stirrups. But only just a hair too big... Feet get cold when your riding hours and it's a bit chill out. Maybe I'll put a post up about that ... Spot |
