Still got vertigo, bt just have to start scouting for turkey roost areas.

I go light, walk and sit every 300 yards to call.

Season start here around first of may.  Seeing some strutting Tom following hens now.

My daughter just was diagnosed with Meniere's   disease which gives he vertigo very bad. She cut out most salt and it got much better.?

We found a place for turkeys on some private ground we know the owner. The turkeys fly down and walk/ strut in front of his deck every morning.
He has given us permission for opening day ish.
April 15th is our season start.

Sorry to hear about your daughter.  Ménière disease is a disorder caused by build of fluid in the chambers in the inner ear. It causes symptoms such as vertigo, nausea, vomiting, loss of hearing, ringing in the ears, headache, loss of balance, and sweating.  My brother got it 25 years ago.  There is no good treatment, but are some rotational possibilities.  He ultimately lost hearing in both hears, and had some nerves cut.

Mine is BPPV.  Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) is a common disorder of the inner ear with symptoms including dizziness, vertigo, unsteadiness and nausea. BPPV is the most common cause of vertigo, especially in people over 65 years old.

This is caused by crystals in the semi-circular canals of the inner ear.  It is triggered by specific changes in your head's position. This might occur when you tip your head up or down, when you lie down, or when you turn over or sit up in bed.  Again, no cure, some rotational treatment (had them without success on Tues).

BPPV usually disappears after sometime, but is recurrent.  There is an unusual surgery procedure, but that isn't on my plate now.  Just trying to take it easy and live with it.  Falls (injury) to seniors is a real problem.
