OL Taz,
Just hung up my guns for the season, as the coyotes are pairing up to mate now, I had what i guess was about an average season, but am disappointed with what the market has done as of late, the buyers early projections were much higher than they are willing to offer in reality, Trappers have got to learn to hold on to their goods to send a message to the buyers not to come out with elevated projections just to get the volume of Fur collected, only to end up offering far less than their own previous projections, they are not speculating, they know what the market will bear long before the season begins, Rick and i have nearly 200 Heavy prime coyote pelts put up and may end up offering them to individuals over the internet instead of selling them in one lump sum to the market. I'll get some photo's asap and try to get em posted here...........Blaine
