I would imagine any red dot would have to be pretty well made. That's a lot of recoil.
I have always considered myself to be quite the bullshitter, But ocasionally it is nice to sit back and listen to a true professional......So, Carry on.

That's very similar to the one I have on now.
Not as easy to look through as a reflex but so far holding up to the hog. Got some gophers with it yesterday.Big smile

Try a Tasco TRD15....about $35 at Walmart.   They are really under-rated.   The 1x30 scope, not the reflex.

I like my red dots, on 12 mag,  375 pistol and crossbow.  most have been in service 15+  years.  The crossbow recoils backward, many think it is a scope killer.

Mine are all cheapo  Tru-Glow.  Now on sale at Natchez...$45

Dead
It must be some good recoil, but it keeps eating red dots. The Blackhawk 45 colt +p.
It can't be I have been trying cheap chinese dots to hold up the US/Montana recoil.
I sent back the forth dot. This time I'm trying one that is not a reflex type.

So far the testing shows good results.

That's 4" the wind was ripping when I was testing.
I was trying to keep the wind over my shoulder but in a 20 mph wind any little change will move even a 303 gr bullet.Shocked
