Got some beef brisket, left over from St patty's day uncooked.
I soaked it in water over night in the fridge to take out some of the "Pink salt". Put it in the oven at 275 for 5 hour, covered in home made BBQ sauce and rapped in foil.
Boiled new potatoes and baby carrots. Serve it with Garlic bread sticks.
Milk will be the drink.      2%.

Remember: Four boxes keep us free ,the soap box, the ballot box, the jury box, AND the cartridge box

tonight.

Salad with vinegarette dressing.

Potatoe/antelope salad.
 stew antelope steaks, pick of meat.  Add to boiled potates, stir with vinager and oinions. let marinate 5 hours. served cold.

great with fresh baked  bread and butter.


prefer beverage:  polish potato vodka in 'up glass' with a freah lemon twist.
