  My two favorites is the Hodgdon and Hornady. I like the Hodgdon the best because even though they are a powder company they aren't afraid to include all the powders. Plus their mission statement really blows me away.

Crazy;

Your best bet might be the internet at this time.  I don't know of any manual  that's got printed data on the .204.  However, Speer is due to release #14 soon, & I'd think at least one other will also release this year.

Don't think of buying 'a' manual.  Get at least two.  My primary one's are Speer & Hornady.  Because both derive their data in real world guns, not test barrels.  That's important, too many people do way foolish things trying to get their gun to achieve the velocity of a test barrel.  Test barrels have tight chambers & are generally minimum spec articles.  Therefore, they get higher velocities with less powder than a real world gun.  As long as you understand what's going on, it's ok, but frustrating.  Far easier to use Speer & Hornady than many of the others IMHO.

I have about 8!.  But the best is Hornady.  There is also a single cartridge series, it gives you the pages of all the manuals, but only for one cartridge.  They are cheap paper so the "load" manusl (single cartridge is about $9.

good luck

I think 3 is the minimum. That way , you can get at least two to agree. Tith only two, and there is a considerable difference, which one os best.

I always pick up one of those  that are cartridge specific, and have about every reloading manual in them from all companies. Thye go fr about $7

Crazy;

If you do go to the net for load info, the only places to go are the bullets maker's own sites.  I know Hornady & Sierra have sites, & I'm pretty sure that Speer & others do too.

 Of the several I have I like hodgdon best and Speer the least. The Speer has some good basic instruction and I'd reccomend it for somebody just starting but for data I think they stink. Lyman isn't too bad either. The best web resource I've found is here
