As i'm typing two turkeys walked into my yard.
A large hen and one of the polts from this year.  she had about 8 in the spring.

Not a good survival rate one out-off 8.   coons & 'otes & fisher?  

maybe a road kill in there as these turkey never learn about cars and traffic.

A turkey can drown in a rainstorm.
Our Sage grouse get beat to death in a hale storm.
FWP clam 65% of all sage grouse die every year.
