Just a normal midweek dinner.
Pulled pork sandwiches.
Slow cooked pork roast.
 Hand "Pulled"
Home made BBQ sauce.
Home made rolls for buns.
Home made slow red cabbage cold slaw.
Baked potatoes.
From scratch rum cake and rum sauce.
ClapClap
My day off and I spend it in the kitchen.
I did get out "In between" and worked on the boat a little, cold out there, big sky garage and all. - 12* this morning.
Gota get the tires rotated in the morning, going calling on Saturday.
Sound like leftovers the rest of the week to me...

That sounds great.

Would you mind posting your recipe for home made BBQ sauce?

I smoke a lot of meat, but always use store bought BBQ sauce. I'm sure home made is a lot better.

Back on my diet....no buns or cake. Wife had the pork roast in the crock all day while I slept,(or tried to sleep, smelled great). Had it the other night and it's going in my lunch for this eve as well. Like minds I guess. Giving your sauce a try next time. Stuck with sweet baby rays for this batch.
...oh yeah! thats gonna hurt!

Jsg,

I was on a diet and I was still hungry all the time.

So, I went on two diets.

I hope this helps.

Been on the double diet since just before Thanksgiving. Eliminate half the carbs and dropped 7 pounds in the past week. All meat, cheese and the word I hate most...veggies. Still do yogurt on break and pita's to make sammiches, even ate a pretzel or two. Still want to live a normal life food wise, just in moderation.

Stepped on the scale at 199, way too much for me. Same thing happened last year when I hit 204. Dropped 22 pounds in a month. Thinking I might want to give up on holidays.

Company has a gym the size of a football field. Bunch of the guys go up after work every night. I haven't in a long time. Beach is coming in June so I'm thinking it's time to get my bikini bod back. When I see good meat recipes or any that are low carb and filling, I'm on it!

Sounds like a good plan JSG.

I used to just work a day or two more a week and lost weight. I'm noticing it's not working as well as it did a year or so ago. I might have to start watching how much I eat.

I'm not really liking that idea.
