Making some large muskie lures. Spinner baits, single shaft double blades.
Trying to make Double CowGirl type lures Any thoughts or tips helpfully accepted.

I've never fished for Muskies. But that sounds like a great lure to do it with.
Are they similar to fishing for Northern Pike? Wing master

Bigger, a little more 'nasty'.
No northern trip this year as canada is closed. Best norhterns seem to be in north western Canada. But canada is closed to US guys this year! Spent some time in Phd fisheries program shocking for muskies and northern. they seldom habitate the same waters. Northerns hatch fisrst and eat the smaller hatchling muskies. Carried a gas/electric shock machine in 2-4 foot of water. Cool lots of interesting stuff. |
