I did some scope swapping this weekend.

and in the mix I mangled a ring top screw.

I PM'd Leupold on Sunday and I got an email that they put a couple screws in the mail to me early Monday morning.

These guy's rock.

A while back I was having trouble with the hex screws on my VariX III with target knobs.  After I e-mailed Leupold they didn't respond via e-mail, but a week later I got a package of 12 new screws and 3 new wrenches.  Now I can use the scope again.

After i droped my 35 whelen on the elevation turret elk hunting, hard enough to dent i t to the point I had to use a pair of pliars to take the cap  off, I learned 2 things.

1 the scope was not damaged and still zeroed. And 2 when I called leupold and asked for a new turret cover I mentioned that I have 6 of there scopes, (7 now) they sent me new turret caps ...tj3006

TJ,

I have to agree I'm pretty darn satisfied with my leupold VXIII, and thier customer service.  I've had bushnell do the same for me  but I've had to give them model numbers,...

I just told the Leupold guy which ring and 3 days later I holding the correct replacement screws.
