Trout streams are open, and most of the snow is gone.  Water level slightly below average.

So I try my wounded body parts (knee, hip, back) on a stream, Oil Creek. First stream outing in 16 months, body couldn't take it.

Interesting creek, it was where the first oil was drilled, ever.  Also the first pipe line,; it was from Pithole to Petrolum Center.

Nice wide creek, one of my favorite 'home' streams.

Spent most of yesterday and today sorting flies and equipment; dinning room is full of "stuff".   Still got some fly rigs to pre-tie.  Will start with white Crystal Meth # 14, and a brass head brown dropper #18.  My hands don't work well anywhere, but in the cold they never work.  So I'll have 6-7 pre-tied dropper rigs.

Will fish thursday.  ANXIOUS
