HELP !!

My disabled brother can no longer pull his bow, so he bought a Barnett Velocispeed cross bow and put a crank on it.
On a trip to Cabelas he found and bought a  quad 3 crossbow scope made by Ten Point Technology. Cabelas didnt have any bases for this scope, but he bought it anyway cause it was on sale.
Can anyone tell us where he can get a base for this scope? He has gone to several archery shops in the area but they keep telling him its on order, but six months is too long, I think they are giving him the runaround. 
I would appreciate any help you could provide.

	Congratulations. I got my crossbow when I lost the sight in my right eye. Love hunting with it (Horton Legend SL). got about 13 deer with it. I'd merely give the mfg a call. 	Thanks Bear, Ill sure give them a call, I never thought of contacting the crossbow mfg, was trying to get info from the scope mfg.
