That happened less than a mile form my house. 

I'm thinking that guy wasn't the brightest bulb on the tree. I think he wanted to get shot. Their were so many other ways he could have handled this situation if he wanted to live. Like taking any kind of cover. 

I shoot with a Gillette city cop. Not the one in the video, but at matches he's the one to beat. They must have pretty good training.
