outdoors activities can bring strenuous physical exercise under hot and humid conditions. to avoid fatugue and heat exhaustion while working or playing outdoors, be sure to stay well-hydrated. experts recommend either-to-16 ounces of water per half-hour before activity. contunie to drink one-to-two cups of liquids every 20 minutes during activity. for quickest fluid replacement, drink water or a sports drink (gatorade, etc.) which also replaces lost minerals and carbohydrates. avoid drinks containing caffeine or alcohol; they can contribute to dehydration.

Very true. If your urine isn't clear, you are not drinking enough water. Rule of thumb that will save your life. Seriously.
