This is a real simple way to make hotdogs fit to eat. Give it a try, an you won't be savin any for the catfish. use the all-beef hotdogs since cow lips aren't as hard and brittle as a chicken's is.

1 package of hotdogs
1 thawed loaf of frozen dough like you use for bread
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Take each hotdog and slit it deep, but don't cut all the way through. Stuff the slit with shredded cheese.

Take the dough and cut it in half. Then keep cutting each half in half then cut those pieces in half till you have either 8 or 10 chunks of equal size, enough for the amount of hotdogs you have. Take the pieces of dough and roll (between real clean hands) till you have a long snake like piece maybe 8 or 9 inches long. Wrap around the cheese filled hotdogs like you was dressing a mummy and you have to kind of tuck the ends in. Bake at 350 for thirty minutes.
