I use a deer shoulder, but 4# of any other meat is good.
1/2 bottle of chili sauce
1 med. bottle of ketchup
1/2 bottle of Kraft honey BBQ sauce (or your favorite)
1/2 of a large jar of sweet relish
1 TBL sugar
1 TBL vinegar
1 bottle of water from ketchup bottle
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion

preheat oven to 400 degrees
mix sauce in large bowl, put meat in roaster and pour on sauce
Roast 30 minutes at 400 degrees
Turn oven to 275 degrees and roast for four hours
Flake meat off bones and mix with sauce.

instead of ketchup, try two small cans of Italian seasoned tomato paste and two cans of water plus the original water from the recipe and it came out much better tasting.
